Returns Policy

At TWO EYES WORLD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive returns policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Sale and clearance items may have different return policies - please check the product page for specific details.

Eligible Items

Most clothing and sports equipment items can be returned within 30 days

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Items worn, washed, or altered in any way

Items without original tags or in damaged packaging

Personalized or custom-made items

Gift cards and downloadable products

Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, certain sports equipment)

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@twoeyesworld.com with your order number

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label

3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging

4. Attach the provided return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item

To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference

Exchange items will be shipped once we receive your original item

If the exchange item is at a different price point, we will charge or refund the difference

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing
  • International orders may take longer to process due to customs procedures
